National Able Networks Scsepee Award Winner Announced!

| Read Our Blog Read Our Blog Blog National Able Network’s ‘SCSEPEE Award’ Winner Announced! Patricia Wilkins October 14, 2015 Senior Services, Workforce zero National Able Network’s Senior Services group always strives to carry out at the highest standard of service! Every year, Able’s Senior Services teams from each of our five states (Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire) compete for Able’s personal “SCSEPEE Award,” which is given to the team with the best general performance in the course of the 12 months. Our teams are measured on efficiency goals set for the Senior Community Service Employment Program. These measurements include: variety of individuals served in every state, variety of community service hours offered by members, variety of participants who discover careers, and more! The groups are also evaluated based on participant satisfaction. And the winner of the 2014 SCSEPEE Award is . . . Indiana’s Senior Services team! This year, we additionally added a brand new characteristic to the award: Best Individual Performance. This award is given to someone from the profitable group who demonstrated that they went above and past the decision of duty to serve our senior members. The SCSEPEE Best Individual Performance Award was given to Area Program Manager, Gene Crucean, who exceeded performance objectives in all categories! Congratulations to Gene and to our Indiana staff for all of their onerous work and dedication to our participants! Who will win next year? Stay tuned!
